Public relations and corporate communications
We help boards speak clearly and consistently to the media, investors, employees and regulators, including under pressure.
A company's reputation is built on decisions, not statements. Communication works when it follows from a real strategy and is carried through consistently by the board, spokespeople and teams.
We work directly with board members and owners. We clarify the message, prepare those who speak in public and put procedures in place so that the company is ready for difficult questions before they are asked.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work on a retained or a project basis?
Both. Some companies need ongoing support for their communications team, others a single project, such as preparing for a transaction, a board change or a review of crisis readiness. Scope and fees are agreed after an initial conversation.
How quickly can you respond in a crisis?
Retained clients have an agreed line of contact outside working hours. With new matters, we aim to start work the same day. The greatest time saving, however, comes from preparation: procedures and statements drafted before anything happens.
Do you work with the client's lawyers?
Yes. Where a matter has legal implications, every statement is agreed with the client's legal advisers. We do not provide legal advice. Our responsibility is to make the position clear to its audiences and consistent with the agreed line.
Let’s talk about your situation.
