Digital advisory

We help boards make technology decisions with a clear view of cost, risk and reputational impact.

Digital decisions increasingly sit with the board rather than the IT department alone. The choice of systems, the use of data and artificial intelligence, and the response to a security incident all have direct commercial and reputational consequences.

We translate technology questions into the language of management decisions. We do not sell software or act as a reseller for vendors, so our recommendations are independent.

Frequently asked questions

Do you implement IT systems?

No. We advise on selection, planning and oversight of implementation, but we are neither a systems integrator nor a software vendor. This allows us to assess bids and progress solely from the client's point of view.

Can you help with regulations such as NIS2 or the AI Act?

We help boards understand what new regulations mean for the organisation and plan the necessary work. Legal interpretation and compliance assessment remain with the client's legal advisers, with whom we work throughout the project.

Where does an engagement start?

We usually propose a short diagnostic: interviews with the board and the IT team, and a review of documents and current systems. The result is a list of priorities on which the board can base its next steps.
