Crisis readiness audit
We assess how your company would cope in the first day of a crisis.
- Duration
- 5 working days
- Who it is for
- For boards and owners who want to know whether their organisation is ready for a reputational crisis before one happens.
We prepare a quote after a short, free conversation.
The board receives a sound assessment of gaps in preparedness and an ordered action plan. It knows where the company would lose most time in the first hours of a crisis and what to address first.
How it runs

A short meeting with the sponsor, agreement of the interview list and a review of the documents provided.
Days 2 and 3: interviews

Day 4: analysis
Collation of findings, assessment of gaps in each area and preparation of recommendations.
Day 5: board presentation
Discussion of findings with the board, agreement of priorities and handover of the report.
What you receive
- A report assessing readiness in the key areas
- A list of risk scenarios with priority ratings
- An action plan divided into urgent and scheduled items
- A board presentation
Frequently asked questions
Does the audit require much of the board's time?
No. An interview with each board member and attendance at the final presentation are usually enough. Our team does the rest.
Does the audit include drafting procedures?
The audit concludes with an action plan. Drafting procedures, templates or a crisis simulation can follow as a separately agreed next stage.
How do you protect confidentiality?
We begin with a confidentiality agreement. Only the project team has access to the materials.
Let’s talk about your situation.
The first conversation is free of charge and confidential. We reply within one business day.
